Daniel is a Director of Horizon Wealth Partners | HWP. He sees his role not just as a financial adviser, but as a trusted ally who walks alongside clients through every stage of their financial journey. His expertise lies in preparing individuals for a secure and fulfilling retirement, particularly those approaching retirement or, increasingly, those aged 45–55 who are proactively planning their futures. Entering the industry in 2007 on the cusp of the global financial crisis, he worked his way from reception through every role in a financial planning firm, gaining a deep understanding of the profession and building enduring client relationships.

With degrees in Business and International Relations, and a background in agriculture, mining, and hospitality, he brings diverse experience and perspective to his practice.

Growing up on a farm in the southern Flinders Ranges taught him the value of budgeting, resilience, and financial discipline—principles that guide his advice today. Trust, empathy, and clear communication remain at the core of his approach, as he empowers clients with knowledge and helps them plan confidently for the future.
